FISE does not use surveillance or marketing cookies or tracking technologies. FISE uses strictly necessary session cookies to maintain user sessions upon logging in.

We operate internationally and transfer information to the United States for the purposes described in this policy. The United States may have privacy and data protection laws that differ from, and are potentially less protective than, the laws of your country. Your Personal Data can be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the United States according to the laws of the United States.

6. "Do Not Track" Signals

Some internet browsers incorporate a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Given that there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the "Do Not Track" signal, the Sites do not currently interpret, respond to, or alter its practices when it receives "Do Not Track" signals. FISE Technologies does not use any tracking technologies or tracking cookies on its Sites. However, third party software incorporated into the Sites may use caching or cookies.

7. Advertising and Marketing Choices

The FISE platform gives you full control over what attributes you would like to share regarding advertising and marketing choices. You may choose to opt in or opt-out of sharing any attributes such as gender, age, preferences, lifestyle, education, or search history with the application platform. FISE's privacy-preserving design means that by default, data is not shared for advertising or marketing purposes.

For email communications managed by newsletter subscriptions, you can opt out and/or manage your preferences by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any email you receive from us. You also may submit a request to us at info@fisetech.ai. If we call you with information you do not want to receive, you can advise us of this during the telephone call.

The Sites and Services may contain links that will let you leave the Sites and Services and access another website. Linked websites may not be under our control. Except as stated below, this Privacy Policy applies solely to Personal Data that is acquired on these Sites and Services. We accept no responsibility or liability for these other websites not managed by FISE.

We maintain commercially reasonable security measures to protect the Personal Data we collect and store from loss, misuse, destruction, or unauthorized access. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Other Types of Data Collected

Among the types of data that FISE collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: anonymized Identifiers; anonymized usage data.

The only data that FISE requires are anonymized unique strings from third party authentication providers or clients such as browsers. While personally identifiable data from third party sources may be used to personalize user accounts on the user's client side, no user personal data is collected or stored by FISE.

In regard to anonymized usage data, details on each type of anonymized usage data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or by specific notifications displayed prior to the data collection. Anonymized usage data is collected automatically when using FISE products.

FISE specifically does not use cookies to track users on its services.

16. Mode and Place of Processing Data

16.1 Methods of Processing

The owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of data. The data processing, including but not limited to events such as uploading, encrypting, assigning a content identifier, downloading, and connecting metadata to a smart contract, is carried out using computer software following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the owner, in some cases, the anonymized data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of owner's (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as data processors authorized by the owner, but only when the user has authorized permission to do so.

The data is processed by the owner's software on user devices. There is no user-specific data that is processed on servers that can identify the user.

The users' anonymized usage data is processed on third party offices and premises as well as cloud setups managed by a third party. This is only if the user permits the use of anonymized data.

16.4 Retention Time

Anonymized usage data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

Furthermore, the owner may be obliged to retain anonymized usage data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, anonymized usage data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.

Metadata concerning the user is collected to allow the owner to provide its platform services, as well as for the following purposes: analytics, tag management, registration and authentication, displaying content from external platforms and traffic optimization and distribution.
